Cannot Download This File (Internet Explorer)

1. Select "Tools" in your bowser
2. Select "Internet Options"
3. Select the "Advanced" tab at the top of the window
4. Scroll down to the "Security" section within the window
5. Make sure the "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" option is checked
6. Select the "OK" button at the bottom of the window
7. Log off and then log back in to reset this setting

Cannot View Documents

Features

When your screen updates to "Configure Account", select the "Configure Features" link.

Your screen will then update with a list of features that currently appear on your "My Page and a list of "additional" features you can add to your "My Page".

You are then able to select or deselect features for your "My Page". When you have made your selections, click on the "Submit Changes" button at the bottom of your screen. Your "My Page" will then be updated per the selections you made.

Internet Cookie Settings

1. Select the Tools Menu on your Internet Explorer browser
2. Select "Internet Options".
3. Click on the Privacy Tab
4. Click on the "Advanced" button in the settings frame, between the Import and Default buttons.
5. Check the "Override Automatic Cookie Handling" box, check the "Always Allow Session Cookies" box
6. Select "Accept", for First-Party Cookies and "Block" for Third-Party Cookies.
7. Click O.K.

3. Click the Web content zone you want
4. Click on the "Trusted Sites" icon
5. Click on "Sites" button and add www.fisherregulators.com to "Add this web site to the zone"
6. UNCHECK "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone"
7. Click the "Add" button
8. Click "OK".
   
   If it does not work, check the "Customer Level" in the Cookies section. Make sure both options are enabled.
