The Emerson Process Management Regulator Division Introduces RegFlo Advanced Technology
for Gas Flow and Pressure Monitoring


RegFlo Type RF100

The Emerson Process Management Regulator Division has introduced the RegFlo Type RF100 Flow and Pressure Instrument. Mounted on a Type EZR Regulator, the RegFlo instrument measures and monitors gas flow through the EZR. This data can be accessed by a utility company locally or remotely over several types of communication channels. Currently, the RegFlo instrument fits the 2-inch and 4-inch EZR pressure regulators with future plans to include all sizes of EZR and 1098-EGR regulators.

RegFlo Type RF110

The new RegFlo Type RF110 Pressure Instrument from the Emerson Process Management Regulator Division may be mounted remotely from the regulator on a pipestand or wall mount, and used as an electronic pressure recorder to monitor up to three different line pressures. The RegFlo instrument makes data avbailalbe for a variety of uses, such as gas load forecasting, system balancing and modeling, estimating pipeline inventory, documenting unused system capacity, or to check metering.

RegFlo Distribution System

Remotely measuring and monitoring gas flow and pressure with RegFlo instrumentation from the Emerson Process Management Regulator Division  enables gas companies to plan and create a more efficient distribution system, fine-tuning it to maximize usage. RegFlo technology also provides alarm and diagnostic functions, and enables each gas company to configure the instrument to their specific requirements.
