The Y695A backpressure/relief valves are direct-operated and are used to maintain a constant inlet pressure or vessel pressure with the outlet flowing to atmosphere or to a system whose pressure is lower than the inlet.
The Type Y695AM has a blocked throat and O-ring stem seat to allow for external pressure registration. The lower diaphragm case is tapped 1/2 NPT for control line connection.
